This is the partner, our city manager has found us. 
Why not partner with Dekalb, I understand that an IGA or MAA agreements with Dekalb has been proposed but why not partner with Dekalb.  After all Dekalb does have resources Sandy Springs can not come close to. We all know the answer is no and there will be no MAA agreement either.
Moving forward... our own 911  services and  Dekalb Fire/EMS, all the equipment and training makes sense. However we do not make a lot of decision that are evidence based.
 Did anyone ask Warren why would we buy an elephant (a fire department)when we need  to buy a phone( a dispatcher)?
