DPD (Police) unit(3510) was notified of this incident at 10:18:38AM and the unit advised that DPD was "code 9 to Dekalb". Code 9 means that the incident has been turn over to another entity.In this case,Code 9 to Dekalb would mean the case has been turn over to Dekalb PD, Fire, etc. Police were not dispatched to Mrs. Mcquaig's home to potentially provide AED assistance.
