Death in Dunwoody and no direction from chatcomm

The city council has been told over and over Chatcomm is not working.
Warren Hutmacher and Chief Grogan have covered up mistakes but now it has cost someone their life.

I listened to the call myself; Chatcomm stayed to the script.  What is the address? Repeat your address What is your number you are calling from? Repeat your number What is the nature of your call? no pulse not breathing  I will be transferring you to Dekalb, Dekalb the caller is at address. That is it that is all the info  So the caller has to repeat everything including not breathing no pulse

Wait!! did we not learn in CPR to get someone to perform CPR ASAP The caller had others with her.

Well YES, Dekalb told her after she repeats everything ,the operator  says "Can someone do CPR?"
Why did Chatcomm not tell Dekalb her phone number Why did Chatcomm not tell the operator that the man was in full arrest? We know every second counts. We know that the brain needs oxygen.  Chatcomm did not ask the caller to start CPR.
It is time to have our own 911 system where the operators do what is best for our citizens. And understand the importance to start CPR
being started now not later.

Hell if we had a pregnant woman delivering does that mean Chatcomm would not tell the caller to keep their hands on the head and be ready to catch the baby??? Or do our children fall to the floor now having a head injury because chatcomm could not give instruction except you have to wait for transfer to Dekalb?? Timing matters.
The system will not be working March 7th The contract calls for a bidirectional system meaning that chatcomm and Dekalb can converse. The system that is being installed is a one directional not bidirectional. If Dekalb needs clarification they can not ask for it. This is not what our $1,075,000 per year was to purchase yet again none of our leaders made Chatcomm fulfill their end of the contract.
COMMON SENSE IS NOT COMMON

We need Council members wanting to do the job.
We need a Council with a backbone willing to tell Sandy Springs no and do what is right for the people of Dunwoody.

Why is the leaders of Dunwoody afraid to have their own 911?                                                Chamblee and Doraville have their own 911.
