The question is if rain is an acceptable reason given why do we need a to compensate a city manager if no accountability is to be expected? Land was developed next to this project did it not rain there? Or is it more important to be a developer then oversee city projects?
Let's hope the rain stops so these projects can get finished! I think we are all about to RUST!
